I took one of those calyx and looks like there was a little seed in it

Probably just calyx tissue. Calyxes on flower produce seed. Those at nodes to not.

Probably just the ovule. The ovule is part of the pistil, attached at the bottom of the stigmas protruding from the bracts.

Just like people, females have balls too just internally. They look similar Especially early on until it mature longer. Otherwise it does looks like a typical girl
