Is my seedling damping off? She sprouted 5 days ago. She is a GDP auto. I have a soil block maker, and that’s normally how I start my seedlings. I planted her in a 7 gallon pot last night while still in the soil block, now I’m worried I wasted all that soil, and I don’t have anymore soil. I’m thinking that soil blocks are too wet to start seeds right away, because the amount of water needed for them to stay intact.

Cool thanks. It doesn’t look like damping off, but I haven’t seen any new growth in 2 days, I figured as an auto she would be a bit bigger at day 5.
Shes just growing down at this point. Leave her alone and she will start her upward growth soon. Dont overwater her at this point. Cheers

She looks fine. I would put a dome over for a while, the little ones need lots of humidity

Thanks for the input from everyone. I didn’t want to have to throw all that soil away. Hopefully she takes off here soon.
