Here -20/-30 F I change from shorts to sweatpants
Is the plant flowering? Is it a photo or auto plant?
And what temps are we talking about?
They’re flowering yea and just bag seed
Probably a little late to be transplanting outdoor plants.

What makes you think that you need to transplant…?
Only reason to transplant, is if you cant keep up with the watering…
If its root bound , then it just needs more attention to watering and nutrients…
