Is it OK to move them so much?

Thanks for the great 411! At seven thousand feet our frost can last until mid June. So I take my seedlings (in their own pots) out in the sun for about nine hours spritzing them and then watering them every other day. They will end up in five gallon buckets through harvest.
Is it OK to move them so much?
