Is it normal to have new growth near bottom of plant during late flower?

I have a blue dream auto within 2-3 weeks of harvest and it is starting to get new flowers near bottom of the plant. this is only my 3rd plant and one of my previous plants did this just before it began to foxtail. never noticed it on my other previous plant. Is it normal or a telltale sign that she is about to foxtail? Thanks all

i should also note that they are very loose underdeveloped flowers.

Loose popcorn buds usually due to lighting. Any pics of the gal?

First one is whole plant the bids seem fairly firm. tried to get a pic of the buds in question in second photo. I think even the branches are new and the pistils are white. one of my other plants did that last grow. Its down near the bottom of the plant. i jist discarded them last time only worries me because my last plant that did this started foxtailing. Thanks

I know the poor gal is a mess i have learned the importance of a trellis net

I cut the popcorn off bottom third of plant.
Gives more oomph to the plumpy tops

my time probably be better spent tying the poor gal up better lmao. im a mess but my plants are tough

I have some flower sites that popped up on the stalk at the bottom under the lollipopping I’ve done, it’s funny looking lol.

that is pretty wild

Little frosty nugs.

Pinch those off as @beachglass says. That’s wasted energy that should be spent at the tops. Those won’t develop any weight. Will be too loose and really fluffy aka LARF buds

Once you lollipop a plant, those will continue to pop up. Removing is a constant thing to redirect the energy.
