This was my first grow with Blue Dream. Everything Im reading indicates a flowering time of 9-10 weeks. The photos taken today at day 45 in flower. I should be looking for 1/2 milky and 1/2 amber and that is what Im seeing on at least 1/2 of the buds. I would prefer to harvest too late than too early for terps but the perfect time is ideal. If a pro could lend me their experienced eye I would greatly appreciate it.

Your plants look amazing!! Be sure you are looking at the bud and not the sugar leaves. Sugar leaves will mature faster than the bud. Do you have a picture of the whole plant?

Those pictures are mostly sugar leaves and the trichromes on those will amber before the actual trichromes on the buds.
I personally think you still have a couple weeks left.

You’ve got at least a couple weeks. Like mentioned, be sure and look at the buds, not leaves.

They are beautiful ladies that will fatten up more and put you in trim jail. This is the hardest part of a grow. Patients!!

Good advice here @diletone. I wish I had a dollar for everything time someone refers to “weeks in flower” or “weeks to harvest” . The only thing you can go by is pistils and bud trichomes. Time to harvest sells seeds. Each plant is unique and has its own time table contained in its genetic code. Unless you are growing clones, weeks in flower or weeks to harvest is for seed sales. Study all the info you can find on time to harvest cannabis like @oldmarine suggests. You have some signs starting but you’ll get more yield and heavier buds if you slow down and look at your buds trichomes. Even with many pistils turning rusty you still have some clear trichomes. But it’s the buds trichomes not the leaves that count as @Dexterado said. Good pics! You should be very happy soon enough.
