I just germinated a seed and when I planted it I grabbed it from the tap root the tap root did not break . will this seed still grow ? or did I kill it ?
I would say your probably fine
You seed could be fine, or if you had contaminates on your hand you may have introduced some bad bacteria, or even tobacco mosaic virus if you’re a smoker. It’s up in the air when it comes to your plant growing. There might be nothing that you introduced to it, but it could still die. It comes down to experience, luck, and being as careful and sanitary as possible to make sure your seeds have their best chance to grow and thrive.
My guess, you’ll be fine!
