There can be soooooo many scenarios and types of set ups that this is not even realistically possible to compare…
I grow in greenhouse in winter using ambient light to grow and t5 and cfls to keep them in veg…
We are on solar so no heavy duty grow lights…
But I love greenhouse grow, its my oasis when everything is snowed over around…

Don’t know which yields more product wise but as far as calming my mind which ever is bigger and allows me more time in it is gets my vote. Grew up working at a nursery and always liked being in the greenhouses seeing the plants go from little green nothing’s to huge flowers
