A question from a fellow grower:
I’m using a generator to keep the electric cost down its well ventilated and a good distance from my crop .is it a good idea or not ?
If I had to buy gas for a generator; I do not think I would be growing. Cheaper to use wired Electricity.
Of course if you are growing commercially and have a big grow…like a house full. I guess you need to do the math.
It is different from region to region, but I have never had to endure enough of an increase in the electric bill to cause me to feel it was too much to pay. Maybe 50 bucks a month. Even if it was 100 bucks added cost…Compare that to 20 a gram and see how little it really costs at the bottom line.
