I'm not getting this right at all

I was able to transfer my sick plants to my happy frog/perlite soil and 10g fabric grow pot 6 days ago. I moved them outside. They bounced back from transplant but is incredibly sick. Here are what the two look like. The one in the black is doing worse. Attached are the pictures

How much direct sunlight does it get?

How often are you watering and how much. (Leafs have a lot of droop)

We haven’t given it any yet. We moved it outside about two days ago but it’s been cloudy and rainy. We tried putting it in direct sunlight earlier today and it drooped more and scared us so we put it back in the shade

We watered it during transplant six days ago and haven’t since. The meter has still been showing wet

I would give them a drink they look thirsty. Lift the pot Before & After watering will help you determine when the plants need water.

And besides the water which is good advice she needs more light.
It takes several days to acclimate a plant to full sunlight.
Day 1 start with 2 hours.
Then add an hour each day until she can tolerate full sun. After the full sun hours while hardening the plant an area like under a tree where the sunlight is partially shaded works well. Dappled is a good description.
