I'm lossing sleep

Ok I know I need better lights working on it going to take out side every day untill I get lights I’m going to share pics n tell me if that is a good grow rate

these plants after I germinated I stuck them in the soil they pop from soil on July 18th is that sufficient growth for veg stage
