FWIW, i read a soil recipe thread where the OP thought the FF is too hot for just popped seedlings.
the thread shows pretty complex on the stacking, but does point out that FFHF Nutes burn young seedlings.
that said, since you have Auto seeds, you are encouraged to pop the seed in the final pot, but i found that one transplant with WWA works for me, just fine. just focus on minimal stress on the transplanting.
