I have purchased from ILGM seed shop a few times now and have received quality seeds every time.
Unfortunately, the last purchase i made got pinched by the customs arseholes (i assumed anyway).
I let the ILGM support team and they apologised and resent the seeds at there cost.
I was very grateful.
The same happened…three times!!
I still have not got my seeds because here in Australia,
we have draconian laws in place which make this wonderful herb illegal.
ILGM resent 3 times at there cost only for it to be stolen by government officials.
In the end…get this…they offered me a refund!!!
I felt bad (Yes, I was born catholic lol).
I actually got my refund in full within 3 days of there offer.
wow.
I don’t know what to say now. I am so blown away by there trust and friendliness.
some of the support staff have even given me feedback on my music that I included in my emails.
I have become a very loyal and impressed customer.
