If I have my girls in a 3 1/2 gal pot. I cant transplant because of space

I have no room to transplant my plants into bigger pots. There in 3 1/2 gal pots now. What will be the result of not transplanting? Less yield?

Less potential yield and more frequent watering.

Thanks! Yes I have to water them a lot since they have gotten big and bushy.
