I was curious about curled leaves

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

I was curious about curled leaves I can’t tell if these plants are healthy or not. I’m using a 315 watt light emitting ceramic. I fertilize once a week with Cornucopia Plus products: Advantage Grow and Plant Energy.

The larger plants in cups should be transplanted
I suspect your leaves curling is due to roots becoming bound in starter cups

Isnt it over watering with the leaf’s drooping?

That can cause droopy and curling leaves
But your roots being bound can also cause them to droop and curl @boardsbird
