I purchased blue dream seeds last year and planted 2 as it was later in the season. One turned blue while the other stayed green. There was a difference in quality in the green. This year I planted the other 3 seeds and while they are big gorgeous plants they are not changing color.
Nice looking grow. Not every plant will change color that varies on their pheno type they show. Cooler temps at lights out can also help bring out colors
