I noticed these small little balls growing at the top, can u tell me what's happening please?

"See the first 3 images of my plant. I noticed these small little balls growing at the top. It never did this before. Was a bit sticky on leafs but that’s done. 3rd pic just started growing in a different pot looks much different from when the first started. Can u tell me what’s happening please.

• Co2 (yes/no): NA It was looking drab so I put 1/4 of vitamin B dissolved i watrer and it perked up.

@ILGM.Becky i believe they are seeds. Can you ask guest why their light system is NA and why the growing medium is NA. Judging by looks, there is no light and he is growing on a window sill. Lookijg like lots of stretch

@ILGM.Becky and @VelcroThumb this is a male plant. If they are trying to grow to get flowers, they won’t. Hope this helps.
