Hello
I am new here. So any help would be awesome. I’m into like 8-9 weeks of flower season [indoors]
My plant just started to get these brown leaves like 2 weeks ago… im not giving this plant any nutrients but the grow room conditions are good. Humidity is good/ temp is good. Ph of water is good (going into the pot) never checked the run off water with the ph meter. Any help with My next grow what could this be. And 1 more question, does it look like it’s almost ready to harvest
You should add nutrients, can be cal mag
Hello @Thatmanjay8956 welcome to the neighborhood, this looks to me like a molybdenum deficiency which normally happens because of ph issues not because there’s no moly available
Welcome to the community. I would say you’re still about 2-3 weeks out on the harvest. A lot of white pistils still, those will start turning brown and recede back into the bud. Best way is to start checking Trichomes in a week or better with a jewelers loop or download a microscope app for your phone, works for me. The leaves look to be a calcium deficiency. What medium are you growing in size you’ve not added nutrients? Here is a pic of calcium deficiency
I agree it’s the darkness of the leaves with the edges turning color moly def turns kinda red instead of brown. It’s so hard to be sure on these things by looking at a picture with no real info because they’re so similar
Yep. When it comes to leaf diagnosing so many deficiencies look very similar, calcium, phosphorus, ect. Like you said without being there or having any numbers to read make it difficult
Nice, both our points exactly… one deficiency in early stages can resemble a few others
Welcome to the community! I agree to maybe add a smallllllll amount of calmag to your water. I had issues my first grow and began to supplement with about a half teaspoon per gallon of water
Looking good though otherwise. How are the trichs?
These guys got ya covered @OGIncognito @MeEasy @ThermoNukePanda if you don’t have cal-mag people on here use milk& Epsom salt. I personally have never tried but seems easy enough!!!
Looking good. Definitely milky white but no amber yet
I just realized the pictures I uploaded are a 2 weeks old. Here are the new pictures from 2day.
Thanks alot for all this information. I appreciate it
Thanks everyone for the information. I really appreciate it. I actually made a mistake I accidentally uploaded the pictures that were about 2 weeks old. Here are the new pictures
I’m not using any nutrients in this other plant gorilla glue. But it looks a lot healthier tho. But next time I’m definitely ordering nutrients fursure.
I am using fox farm ocean soil. Water every other day with about 20% run off… I tested my PH of both Run off water today and it registered at 6.1
Thanks eveveryone !!
Here is also a picture of my set up. Anything I’m doing wrong?.
@Thatmanjay8956, first of all welcome to the community and to the forum. Congrats on the first time growing. I didn’t even get this for my first grow many years ago so you’re doing real good. Yes you do have a deficiency it looks to me like it’s calcium deficiency as well as others see chart.
Hope this gives you an insight to what’s going on with your plant. Also to me it looks like you’ve got a few weeks to go considering there’s still lots of green. Hope this helps you with your grow, good luck with your grow, and happy growing
I think you need to feed more water anything else good work
Hey bro. I got a question if u don’t mind.
When I harvest half of my plant, should I leave the main stock like this or trim that off?
If you know anything about that. Thanks
I’ve actually never done a harvest like that but I don’t see how cutting the stem off will hurt anything I’d leave a couple inches of it though
I’m not seeing any vent fan… do you have one? If you got this far you are doing something right but I’d be concerned about humidity and bud rot if all you have is the oscillation fan and 6” fan
