I need help identifying this issue

This side of the plant looks totally different than the other side i found bud rot due to the humidity being above 90 % for longer than 12 hours in the south . I clipped all the obvious rot off but this weird looking bud is the only thing left that is suspicious what do you all think ??

Rot can move up and down the stalk, may wish to cut the stalk away under rot
