@Growsautos here’s my guess. Soil Mites are completely harmless to both indoor and outdoor plants , feeding only off the compost’s properties and avoiding the plant’s healthy tissue. Indoor gardeners often remove the infestation purely on a visible aspect, as seeing small white or brown critters rambling across the soil isn’t a pretty sight.

Yes im useing organic soil and thats good to know i bought predator mites to kill the soil gnats and sae them running around

Could soil mites be in Coco with jacks 321?
I’ve never used Coco or Jack’s, so im not really sure about that one.
