My version of trichome production. Trichomes are liquid, not water soluble. The liq comes out like sweat from your skin. Terpenes are evaporating moisture leaving thick liquid. As the new trichome emerges out of the top center, it creates its own tube. The clear trichome is new. When the plant stops producing, the bulb turns cloudy from age. When they start to turn amber, the trichome is pick today ripe. 10% clear, 80% cloudy, 10% amber, is optimal.
