A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

I had problems with germination , I don’t understand it’s really weird … I germinated 20 seeds and had a pretty low germination rate. I live in Tahiti which is a tropical environnement but I don’t see why this would affect the germination rate so much , oh and also I tried with 2 different special germination soil so I don’t think it’s coming from the soil. (Canna & Atami ). Let me know what you think Many thanks Manea

Sorry for the delay. We usually soak the seeds in a cup of water over night. Then place in a moist paper towel in a warm location 75°-80° Until you see a tap root. Then place in growing medium.

With out knowing your style of germination process, I can’t give you any better suggestions on what if anything you did incorrectly or different.
