I think the main point is when you say flush, it’s not removing anything from your buds. Basically you can go water only for the last week or so, without harming them. Like @Newt pointed out he goes water only to save on costs of nutrients. After looking at pics you are in the harvest window, so if you decide to harvest today, not having gone to water only isn’t going to make much difference.
