there is no normal with seeds but for an auto to show start of flowering within 3 weeks is normal

So should I switch to bloom oriented nutes now?
My last auto grow were Northern Lights and Fast & Vast. They grew different and preflowered later.

Yes - switch to bloom nutrients when stat to flower - also change to flower light (2400K) the picture you posted is a plant in flower stage not pre-flower Also the genetic’s of a plant are all ways different -just like us
