Humidity question on Banana Kush

I purchased Banana K seeds from ILGM and in reading it said keep humidity around 40% . This will be my fourth grow and I always thought seedlings liked high humidity for a couple weeks, then a comfortable RH til flowering, then 40%RH for late flower. It’s sometimes a challenge to get consistent 40% with my set up and I’m looking for opinions or experiences with either BK or insight on why the low RH required from seed to harvest.

From the website.
“Since these plants are compact and bushy, they can sometimes develop mold or mildew in high humidity levels.”
If you keep good airflow going and thin the plant out when it gets bushy, you should be fine.
