How to go about using bamboo poles to support my top heavy girls

I just got some 48 inch bamboo poles to support my girls who can’t hold their top buds up. Should I use one pole and attach the main stems to it or build a 4 pole maybe 3 support net around them?

If u have a way to support it with 4 around u can wrap rope around the poles as a small scrog kinda so the can move a little but not be hugged.
