Looks ready to me without actually seeing the trichs.
I’d get rid of any brown or yellow leaves or bud material. Then I’d spray it down with a peroxide sulotion. Let it dry whenever it gets wet! Then do a peroxide bud wash after you decide to chop.
Agree with @6stringT , that sickly brown looks like bud rot and will spread if not addressed.
Cut out bud rot and throw it away. Do a bud wash wash when you chop it. If you have all milky trichomes with little to no clear, then you can chop when you want. As more amber trichomes appear, the more sedative, couch locky high it develops.

This is what you need to remove. You may find small caterpillars inside. Its mold and you don’t want to smoke it.
