How do I start them with an LED light

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

I ordered some seeds how do I start them with an LED light should I let them sit in a cup of water all night

Place beans in cup of water 12-24 hours until they sink and crack open
Once they crack open place in a moist paper towel for another 12-24 hours place paper towel in pastic baggie dont seal end and place in a warm dark spot anything above 70f
When you have tap roots 1/4 to 1/2 inch long
Place in soil about 1/2 inch down
Soil should be moist not wet
Depending on size of led fixture will depend on how high the light needs to be
I keep mine 6-8 inches off starter pots and raise or lower as needed depending on how the plants streach
I will keep then on 24hour for first day and switch to 18-6 or 16-8 veg cycle after that
