HLG 260/HLG 300 difference?

I’m looking at a second HLG light fixture. On their site the 260 V2 rspec is out of stock but they have an assembled unit for $375. Is there a major difference between the assembled 260 and a 300 V2 rspec?

For comparison all being V2 rspec units:
Kit 260 costs $349
Assembled 260 costs $375
300 costs $449

Good question been looking at that too also looked at the 360 v2 for 349 kit. @dbrn32

Heatsink is different (larger) and I believe it comes with driver that operates a little differently, hence slightly higher power consumption.
