Are these lights already preset to full power out of the box?

Im 90% sure the screw dimmer is set to 100% so all you have to touch is the knob dimmer you have

All mine have been set at 2.3a and 54v which comes out to 132w. Which I believe is their efficiency point. Raising the current (Io) will increase wattage but decrease efficiency. You can get a kill-a-watt meter and verify.
I have five 120H-54A drivers and they’ve all been set that way from factory.
