First foray into lights/indoor. How many Blue Dream auto’s can be effectively grown with this light? Just a single, or will this be sufficient for a double? Specs state 3x3 veg, and 2x2 flowering.

Has anyone done 2 in flowering? I figure I can get a robust single, or two mediocre plants. Just curious if 2 can be done with this light, they are auto’s, so a touch smaller footprint than a feminized. I truly don’t know what to do.

I sometimes do 3 in my 2x4 but it is very tight. How big is your space?

It’s less about number of plants and more about space. Your light will cover a certain space effectively. What you can shove into that space and train to get sufficient light exposure is up to your imagination.

That’s why I’m in my closet, like @Eagles009 said you can get more smaller or trained plants, I tend to grow small to medium sized plants with nothing but one topping. Others here train them and can help. You are looking at a good light for fantastic results, I love my hlg.

I get u r going to build, the only thing I worry about try for 5 foot high or higher, but pot + light hight from plants + hight above light = 2+ft… leaving 2+ foot for plants, again training. Tag me when you get it built sounds awesome man. @GardenGrove

My HLG RSPEC 100 came in today, a day earlier than tracking stated. I put it together, and am very impressed, it’s a small portable sun. Super bright! Now waiting on the ILGM Blue Dream auto seeds… kid in a candy store.

Awesome man congrats on getting a great light for your armoire Blue dream is a good sativa, one of my favorites. You going to start before you build your cabinet? You don’t need absolute dark till it starts flowering, but gives you some time man. I know the kid in a candy store feeling.

Yeah, I’m going to pop a couple seeds as soon as they come in, will build the cabinet soon enough. Going to be fun. I’ve never had BD, but I love the sativa’s, just picked up a half of something new today called “Ghost Train Haze”, strong sativa dominant. Also picked up a half of a strong indica dominant called “GMO Cookies”, also never had. Read great things on both, should take care of me until harvest.

Yep I grow a indica photo and a sativa auto each grow seems like. Every once in a while a get a bug up my butt do a third and push light and space lol. Yeah doing auto usually finish sooner but doesn’t always work out that way lol being sativa BD takes a bit long in flower. That GMO looks awesome. I prefer to grow photos, but I have a favorite pineapple express auto that gives me really good yields and nice sativa high. I’ve got a lot of choices for indica photos lol I have a seed obsession
