Nice green leaves on the colas, tips of the fingernails slightly painted, still got some white pistils showing. Plants look nice and healthy, getting close! Nice job on your grow.

@Hellraiser I remember you posting about a moisture meter and the number you would look for to when ready to put in jars after drying. Can you please remind me what meter that was and the number that you said was the sweet spot?
I had to use some pipe cleaners to help support the ak 47 last night. Weight had it starting to lean bad to one side. Supported the stem back to the opposite side of the bag. Also tied the 2 long colas together. One was really starting to droop.
I’m sure it’s just impatience but it really looks ready to harvest.
It was using a moisture meter like this and wanting a reading of about 11 before jarring up.

@Pinboy that’s so funny lol. We had a patio warming party last Sunday. The last few people there were our dog sitter and her high school age daughter. The wind shifted and just for a minute you could smell the grow from the garage. She said somebody’s smoking weed! Lol.

So I’ll be 12 weeks above ground tomorrow. It looks to me like the ak is ready but I’m not sure. Sour diesel 2 also looks ready. I can use the loupe and see the trichomes. I cut a small piece of each plant and set it on the counter and looked. I just am having trouble seeing if they’re cloudy or clear. The ak is also showing signs of finishing, leaves are starting to yellow a little? I asked my son to come look at them today. Waiting on his report.

He says amber on all 4 plants with Sour diesel 2 most prominent. Will check late in the week for a possible weekend harvest. None of them have white pistils coming out anymore and especially the ak they are orange and starting to curl into the buds.
Make sure he knows, u check trichs on buds only. Sugar leaves will show ambers earlier then buds and have u harvesting prematurely
