Can someone help explain this light schedule a little more in detail please? I don’t quite understand it. It’s a new IR/UV supplement light bar from Spider Farmer that’s for veg and flower. I don’t want to overdo anything. Thanks.
They are suggesting that the uv mode us used at listed time period in the middle of lights on cycle. And the ir mode is used for listed time right before lights out.

So ir mode is only used for 10 minutes a day, right? So on for 10 minutes, then off then 20 minutes later main light off…right?
Oh wait, 10 min on, then 10 min off, then 10 min on then all lights off… right?
