I need some help with a good seed for my area. I grow outdoors and the summer is very hot and humid. Got to love Southern Missouri.
I’m also in southern Missouri, and I am growing a plant outside for the first time. Been flowering for 29 days. It’s a godfather OG, and you obviously know what kind of temps we’ve had. I do put it in the garage every night, and when it rains, but overall it’s been a good plant.
White widow is a very hardy strain for challenging environments.
Durban poison or Skittlez
I had some of my plants outside until a storm took out the greenhouse. Some of them were hit pretty hard with pests, but the Afghan and Texada timewarp did ok. The timewarp was developed in the pacific northwest so is very mold resistant, which is helpful in this 94% humidity we have had lately in the Show me State
I see others mention Durban Poison and White Widow, these would be what I recommend. Jack Herer probably wouldn’t be bad either? When do you plan on starting? Im in IL and our outdoor season is closer to being over than starting.
Yeah I agree with @dbrn32 unless you have autos it’s getting pretty late to start photos as they are flowering now.
Thanks for your answer. I was just looking for next years grow. This year i used auto Bruce Banner. They did ok, in years past i have tried several other and had trouble with mold but most of all the heat.
Thanks for your reply. I was a big fan of the afi over the years. But it was a different strain. I was very high in thc. How high would you say the thc is in your plants. I know you aren’t having it tested but as a smoker you know. Also are you using auto? Have a great day.
I actually did have it tested here the last time:
hope this helps
I grow both autos and photos. If I have a split grow with some autos and some photos I will sometimes put them all into 12/12 to save space and time. But if I am on a mission to put buds in the coffers I will grow photos in veg for a couple months, then flip. But this afghan pheno I really like so will most likely keep that one going for a while with reveg and clones.
