1 comes in a granular form like little tiny beads and one is powder form making it more soluble in water also 1 is 2oz and the other is 4oz

Look for it to say “ Rhizophagus irregularis “ somewhere in that product page.
Powder gives you the ability to dust roots into it while granular is more time release form of the same thing.
You could most likely use both…
One for transplants - powder
One for long term mixing into soil to help roots over course of entire grow… don’t know if it last that long but a boost in beneficial fungus can’t all be bad right?

My plant is already 4:weeks old . Can I top dress with this ? Will it do any good at this stage ? Thx

You definitely can!

You sure can. You can sprinkle it on top and work it in, or you can mix it in you feed/water. Just watch if you mix it in the water, most water soluble innoculates will settle a little at the bottom of the can/pitcher a little.
