These are clones started on November 15.
I let my roots grow to about 6-8” so they can reach the bottom of my net pots and reach the reservoir. Otherwise you have to water until they can reach the water.
December 11 clones have length to reach water

January 14 ready to flip to flower

Try everything the others are suggesting. They are very good at this. It may fix the issue.
In the meantime get some better soil for a transplant if it continues to grow like this, or if not needed then for the next grow.
