It looks like mold to me

That’s what I thought but every diseaseI look up plants look similar to mine is took some to the local horticulturist who said it was a different strain of mites

@Cloudypapa It’s bud rot, it’s dead, its poison, don’t use it

p.s., find a new horticulturist
