will anyone tell me how it can be treated? and will the bush still grow healthily?

The seed is unknown because I found it in medicines The substrate is organic PLAGRON GROWMIX soil mixed with 1/6 of coconut 9l fabric pot PH does not regulate I buy water from the store Indoor cultivation The lighting is CLF 125W DUO and I also add CLF 200W AMPOULE for flowering The temperature during the day is 27-31 * C and at night 24-21 * C Ventilation, exhaust, duct fan, passive inlet and two mixing valves
