Help identifying yellowing leaves

I am 95% sure I had yellow leaf but I’ve been pruning the affected leaves but the entire plant now has a yellowish tinge. This is my first grow so maybe this is normal but it doesn’t seem right to me. It apears that it could be a nitrogen deficiency as well but I"m not sure and I don’t want to feed it something it doesn’t need.

Strain: Amneisa Haze
Soil grown
pH - Unknown
Temp - 80F
600w MH light
1.5months into vegetative

Overall in the pictures your plants look good… my first thoughts looking at the bigger plant If possible i would pot up into 5 gallon fabric pot. Catch runoff see where you’re at on ph and make adjustments accordingly.

How about filling this out and being as detailed as possible. If you aren’t PH’ing your input water that’s gonna be a problem. What exactly did you use for soil etc.

What strain, Seed bank, or bag seed: Amnesia Haze
Method: Organic Soil
Vessels: 3 Gallon Pot (however, I only filled it 2 thirds full, and I think it is way too big for its current pot)
PH of Water, Solution, runoff (if Applicable): I haven't had any run off and I don't currently have a pH measuring meter.
PPM/TDS or EC of nutrient solution if applicable: N/A
Indoor or Outdoor: Indoor
Light system: 600w MH, switching to a custom built 200w LED light soon
Temps; Stable 80C 18h on / 70C 6 hours off
Humidity; 40-60%
36" x 36" x 63" grow tent with door being left open and 205CFM fan blowing air into the system
I have a 4" carbon filter but I don't have it setup yet

Since this is my first grow, I have been putting in extra effort and have been watching them very carefully each day. I had heat fluctuation problems at the start which forced me to move my grow to opt outside for a while but it is currently inside

EDIT: I haven’t had a single day of run off; I’ve had a few days of droopy leaves from trying different watering methods but I am yet to have any water leak out of the bottom
