I think it’s nitrogen but I just want to make sure and get a second opinion, it’s in a 40/60 mix of soil and a “super soil” that a local hydroponic store mixes and it’s under a spider farmer sf-2000, about a week and a half in to the flower stage

Burned tips are a sign of a nitrogen excess, and not deficiency.
Can you post a whole plant photo so we can see how the new growth is doing?
New growth looks good. Your plant will shed its older fan leaves throughout flower
