Looks like you are a few days from actual flower. I see pistils starting to cluster in the first pic.

@Low any idea what could cause her to be so stubborn to flower? Oddball pheno or something? 13 weeks after lights flipped is pretty abnormal no?

Tbh I’d check timers. But plants won’t start flower until they are mature regardless of flip.

Is there possibly any other source of light in the room?
Great looking plant, she’s gonna be huge once she starts stretching.
May just be an odd phenotype as mentioned.

Thanks for all the replies…
The timer was checked early on and is working…
I covered the grow tent with black plastic on week 14 and continue to use it to date just in case there there is stray light entering the tent.
I will continue to let it grow and see what happens.

I agree with those suggesting there is probably light somewhere in tent during dark cycle. This is the usual culprit.

If you checked timer is turning lights on and off when intended, I would check again anyway. Bypass buttons get forgotten about or accidentally hit often. If that’s good I would check light goes completely off when timer switches. If the hot and neutral in circuit are crossed it can leave a handful if dimly lit leds. If all that is good, remove plants from tent and zip yourself inside with all lights on in the room outside. Sit in there for 10 minutes or so to let your eyes adjust, then see if there is light leak through zipper, intake, exhaust, or anywhere else.

If none of that provides a smoming gun, is there anyone else that could be potentially getting into your tent during dark periods?
