Help, cynobacteria

A question from a fellow grower:

How about cynobacteria? Sir I need help pretty please? Nothing 0 in 8 months!!! I would think I am on the right track!! Then bam!! I can see it 10 miles away!!! I know what it looks like just before the rain of snot and brown dead roots looks like. I have 6 plants that all were ok then got it and then ok with good roots then no roots all of them died!! Then I got a third set of roots to grow back!! And they were great!!! And then bam!!! Dead roots again!!

I am think about trying high copper cu levels? 2ppm? I hear that’s the only thing that will kill cyno? Also if I have an airborne version would a sulfur burn help take care of the airborne?
