Is it O.K to use a 1000 watt Full Spectrum LED light together with a
heat mat to germinate my babies?
you don’t need them under a light to germinate seeds. But when they do sprout be sure not to have them too close to the light for the first little while. Let them adjust to the light them slowly move it dwn over time and you should be ok

Yes. Check the light output rather than power consumption and keep light adequate distance.
