Heads up HLG do military discount

If you are looking to upgrade your light, and like me keep hearing about hlg lights and how great they are you wanna buy it like I did. Multiple people gave me the DUDE discount code which is 10%, but if you actually talk to them they offer military discount. I got a HLG 260W XL QB v2 Rspect this morning and its already on the way, they also are sending me some swag. Thank you ILGM family for the help. Now I hope that military discount helps some 1 else…

IlGM sorry if i break any rules.

hey @dbrn32 im not sure if ive asked you or not but im eventually gonna upgrade my lights ( gonna upgrade my soil first to see if i need to) but i wanna have 4 maybe 5 plants growing all with individual lights each. can u recommend a light thats not too much for the bank but strong enough to take a plant all the way thru?

Depends on how big your plants are. Normally size lights to the space they are in or size of canopy instead of plant count. I can grow 4-5 plants in a 3x3 tent no problem, but others say they need a 5x5 for 4 plants.

i have an 8’l x 10’w x 8’h room. space is no problem. so basically one plant to one light. but 4-5 plants total

@dbrn32 i have tried putting lights and plants side by side but they always seem to grow towards the other lights. which is why ive gone to one plant to one light.

So like four lights designed to cover a 4x4 space would cover just about all of your room. Then wouldn’t matter if you had 4 plants or 40 plants, the lighting would be good.
