Harvesting high CBD low THC strains

A question from a fellow grower:

"Do the same principals apply when harvesting?
I know from the guides you take into account trichome colours (milky) to amber plus pistils and flowering time but does this just represent the THC side of things…
If the harvest guides are for mainly THC dominant strains what are procedures for CBD dominant strains? Are we looking for the same things?

Basically yes. You’re looking for pistils and trichomes to amber and get cloudy same as other higher thc female plants.
