Should I harvest the larger flowers now so that the smaller ones can flourish or wait another couple of weeks?

A casual glance suggests that you have at least a couple of weeks to go. The trichomes would tell the story though. There are many white pistils. I start looking at the trichomes when most of the pistils have turned brown/red.

@Eternal1 Here are a couple of shots of a very small auto flower that I am growing that is still a week or two from harvest. This may give you a rough reference. The buds really pack on some weight during the last couple of weeks as the trichomes mature.
