I have a male sativa growing outdoors it has started to seed pods again should i harvest soon or wait till seeds come
Well, if you have a male, you will never get seeds from it. Females produce seeds.

@Covertgrower is correct. Male cannabis plants wont seed, but will create pollen sacs. Once the plant is mature enough, the pollen sacs will open, and wind will carry the pollen to its destination (the female pistils).
After pollination, seed form within the calyx of the female, of the effected area.
