need help with harvest ,my top buds are ready to pick according to color of trichomes, but my lower buds are not , do i flush and pick top buds and then go back to my nutrins till lower buds are ready?
Yeah, I almost always harvest in phases. First remove the top branches that are blocking light from the lower growth, then encourage further growth with CalMag and bloom nutrients. Give it another 2 weeks and those lower buds will fill in and add weight. Your mileage may vary, but I get probably an additional 20% weight from that second harvest.
Of course it depends how impatient you are, how much you are growing, and what plans you have for the next run. If you’re swimming in weed, the extra 20% might not be that important to you. The smaller popcorn buds may not be worth the effort.

If you have checked triches and are ready to harvest tops than give lower buds get more light for an extra week or so

I’d rather see a pic of what you have going on there before I say harvest. Please post some overall plant pics and some closeups of the buds! @brandner

? do you put plants in 48 hrs of darkness before you harvest and if cutting top branches and going back to light schedule of 12/12 does that have any effect
Question answered on other thread. It doesn’t help to post in multiple locations.
Cut them and let the rest grow i do this outdoors
