I’ve just finished my first crop . It’s been hanging in my closet for last 2 weeks…how long should I take the lid off my jars every day during the curring process?.. And how long do I cute for?

Basicly all you need to do is exchange gasses. Moist air out fresh air in. About twice a day.

I would shoot for at least a 30 day care. Then sample.

The longer cure the better if you’re not in a hurry. That usually depends on a lot of people’s needs. Good luck with your cure.
