I recently purchased 3 bags of Happy frogs to fill up 3 earth boxes for my next run. Out of the bag I tested the ph with a blue lab soil pen and got readings from 5.0 to 5.4 depending on the bag. Should I amend the soil to bring the PH up above 6.0? End goal with this is to start a no till setup and add worms and a cover crop. I am going organic with this grow

It happens on occasion. Dolomite lime can help buffer pH, but it takes time. I’ll leave others to help with how to make the adjustment organically.

Honestly I wouldn’t even worry about it. If issues pop up they’re usually pretty to fix…
